Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and modification:

*The customer is only allowed to modify or cancel the order if the order status is not ready. Otherwise, the customer bears responsibility for not changing it before that. He also bears the costs of shipping the order if it is not received or returned after the order is shipped.

*In the event that the requested products are not available, the store has the right to amend the order and notify the customer of that. In this case, the customer has the right to approve or return the order and refund the order amount in the case of prepayment. In the event of no response from the customer within 24 hours, this is considered approval of the amendment, and the store has the right to make the amendment to Order and ship it without assuming responsibility.

*The store has the right to modify the shipping company after the customer’s request, based on the best company for delivery to the customer’s area, based on the information and data available at the Olayan store, and the customer does not bear any responsibility.

Additional fees, if any after the change, are borne by the store.

Products:

Olayan's products are continuously developed for the purpose of improvement and providing the highest quality to the customer. Therefore, upon request, you will receive the updated product directly, and old versions cannot be provided.

Exchange and return:

All Olayan products are subject to personal use only, and in order to ensure your safety, it is not permitted to return or exchange any product, even if it has not been used, except in the following cases:

- Products that are damaged due to shipping, and the mechanism for dealing with them is as follows:

Communication will take place within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment by the customer, provided that the damage is explained through a photo sent to customer service attached to the order number, and the customer will be compensated with the same damaged product or its value according to his choice.

- The customer has no right to claim anything if more than the period specified above has passed.

- Perfumes that have a manufacturing defect, provided that they are in the same original condition and that communication is made by the customer within only 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The customer must ship the product to the address of the Olayan store, and the customer is compensated with the same product or its value according to his choice, while bearing all shipping costs. - The customer has no right to claim anything if more than the period specified above has passed or if the defect results from misuse and storage.

recovery  :

*Amounts paid for products only will be refunded within 14 working days, excluding official holidays and weekends, provided that the refunded amount is transferred to the customer’s account in a bank and not in cash.

* The amounts transferred by mistake will be refunded to the company’s account within 14 working days, excluding official holidays and weekends, provided that the customer bears the transfer fees, if any.
*The customer will bear the delivery fees for orders canceled by him if they were shipped and he did not receive them  Or products  which is returned  To the store after delivery by the shipping company  The store does not bear it.

 

*The refund policy is subject to all previous provisions in the terms and conditions.

- Approval of the order constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions and the store does not bear any burden  The customer is not aware of it.
